ClientTrack IDEA. With ClientTrack 2010, you now have the ability to wrap your arms around what is happening in your organization, and to know the outcomes and value of the services you provide in great detail. Using the new, powerful ClientTrack Integrated Data Exploration and Analysis (IDEA), you can explore and analyze information about your organization and those you serve in eye-opening ways that were previously impossible. In the past, ClientTrack has been very capable of organizing and reporting information, but somewhat limited by requiring some technical knowledge to gather the information you want. With the addition of ClientTrack IDEA, ClientTrack 2010 now has a complete Reporting Suite (for more information…) that makes powerful data analysis accessible and simplified for all users. Explore your questions, connect information from unrelated sets of data, use filters, summaries, sorts, and more to understand the inner-workings that are moving your organization forward. Smart. Powerful. That’s ClientTrack IDEA.
Browser Functionality. ClientTrack 2010 can now be accessed through Mozilla’s Firefox browser, as well as all recently updated versions of Internet Explorer. It’s your ClientTrack. Access it the way you want.
HMIS Compliance Standards. HUD has been clarifying the information they want collected in Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS). When HUD provided its most recent directives in June, 2009, we were first in line—with an unprecedented 3 week turnaround time—to make those standards available in ClientTrack, allowing you to be first in line to be compliant. With ClientTrack 2010, you have the most up-to-date HMIS compliance standards, and the assurance that you will continue to receive first-in-line updates. Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing (HPRP) Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR) are also available in ClientTrack 2010. We’ve got you covered, today and tomorrow.
Additional Templates
ClientTrack 2010 continues to expand the range of social service organizations that can benefit from ClientTrack technology, expertise, and services. This release includes standard forms and reporting templates for organizations that focus on Developmental Disabilities (e.g., individualized client plans, service authorizations), HIV/AIDS (e.g., Ryan White funded programs; HOPWA); Veterans (e.g., tracking service histories, disabilities, benefits); and Community Action Programs (e.g., ROMA report, in addition to the existing CSBG report).
