Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
The most current version of the .NET Framework is the core technology that runs the ClientTrack application on our servers.
Web-Based
ClientTrack is a fully web-based application. Users simply require a browser (Internet Explorer 7 and above or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and above) and an internet connection. No plug-ins or add-ins are required.
ClientTrack Data Access and Security
ClientTrack protects your information by requiring that all information passes through a single, secure access point, only when login credentials are verified. Information traveling to or from the server is encrypted at 128 bits; the same standard utilized for most major credit card companies.
The ClientTrack Configuration Tools
Regardless of size or human service specialization, ClientTrack can easily be configured to meet all of your unique organizational needs. By leveraging these tools, workflows, forms, menus, and other processes can be quickly updated and tailored, rather than requiring expensive coding. The ClientTrack Configuration Tools include the Form Designer, Data Designer, Workflow Designer, Rules Wizard, and Workgroup Designer.
The ClientTrack Reporting Suite
ClientTrack was designed to let you explore and analyze information in ways that are simple and intuitive.Users can leverage standardized compliance reports for funding sources (e.g., Ryan White funds, HOPWA, CSBG, HPRP, ESG, ROMA, and others), or create tailored reports for your organization. The ClientTrack Reporting suite includes Standard Reports, Cube Analysis, and ClientTrack Integrated Data Exploration and Analysis (IDEA) - a powerful set of tools designed for specific skill sets to transform data into knowledge without IT support.
Integration Framework
ClientTrack provides the capability for your database to effectively communicate with other computer programs by exporting or importing information in formats such as XML, CSV, Excel, or others. For advanced uses, ClientTrack also includes an Application Programming Interface (API) for real-time integration. The days of double entry are gone.
Hosting Services
The vast majority of ClientTrack customers choose us to host their application. This standard service means that our customers never worry about the three fundamental basics of database hosting: redundancy, redundancy, and redundancy. Our SAS 70 Type II hosting center ensures that access to your information is always readily available and never at risk.
